What we collect when you apply (your answers, your email, sign-in records), why (to select participants and run the event), who sees what (reviewers see your application; the representation section is used in aggregate and shown to reviewers only if you tick the box; access needs and bursary answers go only to the organisers deciding those; nobody outside KimmiCon Limited sees any of it), how long we keep it (unsuccessful applications are deleted six months after decisions; accepted participants' details are kept for the event and the year after), and how to ask for a copy or deletion (email kim@rebuildcon.uk).
